PHP updates to Wordpress site

We’re developing a Wordpress site for a client and need some PHP help on a few things. Vendors all show in alpha order now on a “Friends” page. We need to add code to show featured image (their logo) to each one. Then, at the top of that page, we’ll have a table of links by industry (e.g. accounting) that will open a page of just those vendors in that industry. Those industries can be defined by tag or category. We need to carry the original page title over with a subtitle for the industry. We need a good way to add and manage events. The admin should be able to make a start date/time and end date/time. They should also be able to charge for an event (using PayPal) or not for free events. No matter if the event is free or paid, site visitors need to register and that registration should trigger an email to the admin, one to the registrant, and dump to an exportable CSV. I think I’ve seen a plugin that does this but can’t find it now. If not, we could use a modified version of Contact Form 7 DB or whatever you recommend. On the homepage, events will show the three most recent (already coded but needs to connect to the above work). I need this done by Monday morning (US Eastern Time).
