Web designer needed to create website inspired by [login to view URL] with different graphics and design. Design should be different and in web 2.0 colors and XHTML compliant, with a minimum amount of JavaScript, for SEO purposes. Layout for home page may be slightly different than sub-pages, and sub-pages should be easily copied in order to add content. Candidate should be able to work with in-house webmaster, who may make or suggest modifications to work with existing custom templating system (which uses aa php-based flat file for individual sub-page content), and all css and javascript files will be dynamically generated, all of which will be explained to the successful candidate.
