Responsive car selling site made.

For this work I'll pay $200 for the whole project. I need it done in 14 days time. Make the site in custom coded php and needs to be perfectly responsive and work perfect on iphones perfectly with the one column style etc. I'd prefer to work with someone who has fireworks as I only have design pngs.
