I'd like a reverse auction website for local businesses and service providers to be able to bid on local projects and jobs. Not just tech projects but home improvement, auto, or any other local needs. I don't want an "escrow" type payment system, just a flat monthly membership fee for service providers. I'd like it to have messaging capability as well as a rating system for buyers to rate the services provided to them.
