Theme Coding and Implementation

Hello, I need someone to implement a design I've coded into phpFox. If you do not have phpFox experiance it is Ok, as I do and can tell you where certain files are, etc. I can provide a copy of the software if needed, but to use LOCALLY only and you will be held under the team Liscence and could face penalty if it pirated. I need someone who has good feedback on here to get this done in 48 hours. I have the template, etc I just the site to be wrapped in it. I am willing to pay $8 an hour - please post your bids and how long this will take you. Should you do this job successfully design work is a possibility for other things. Also, if you do PHP and design is also a strength I can provide php work on a regular basis.
