539089 Video site restore

I had a video site created some years ago. 1st it was fine and we had more than 1000 videos uploaded. Now it has become unuseable and is crashing requiring mysql restart - then it crashes again. The site has install way more functions than necessary. If possible the site should be cleaned up so it can run OK. My other site programmer described it as bloatware. You will need to be expert in PHP, Mysql and familiar with other video website coding, e.g. mencoder, flv etc.
