Villa/Apartment Rental website

I am looking for someone to build a website for an apartment which I rent. It should be preferably designed on Micromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 or in such a way so that I can personally make the appropriate changes easily (for your info, I don't have any web design programming skills).
