Website conversion to Wordpress

Hello, My current website can be found at [login to view URL] I would like it to be changed to a Wordpress site so I can edit it myself, plus I would like to add a blog to it. I don't want to change anything as far as looks, I like it the way it is, but with that being said, I'm always opened to suggestions. I would like the page URLs to stay the same. I will only work with someone who is a real professional and can show proof of their talent. I prefer American and Europeans freelancers. Please let me know what other information you need to make an accurate bid. Also keep in mind that once this project is completed, there will be more work involving tasks that are meant to increase the online presence of the site. Thanks!
