Website designer with dev skills wanted to config a WP Theme

I need someone who is VERY experienced with website design, wordpress, and website programming. This person needs to be able configure a wordpress theme and take existing branding elements from a psd file to incorporate into the pages. This should be quite easy for someone with the right skills. The theme has already been purchased and installed. Logo will be provided as well additional branding elements. The site is for a video game company so I need someone with a bit of illustrative talent that can take existing game assets to incorporate into the design.
