Hello, you don't need to use separate db tables at all. All info could be stored into standart wp database. I can create custom post types for you so you can add and edit each bank info at your dashboard yourself. Also I can create a simple widget with 4 filters you mentioned. By the way I coudn't retrieve bank details from url you provided because xls files were damaged.. I can develop only the wireframe with some test data so you'll be able to manage everything yourself Best regards, Andrey
