AdWords comparison tool

I'd like to have a tool that I can upload to .csv files into and have them compared. One csv file will be from Google Adwords (a weekly or monthly report.) The other csv will be from any number of affiliate networks. The goal is to find the profitability of each ad group (and keyword) by computing simple math on the numbers obtained from each of the csv's. Once the info has been uploaded into the program, I'd like to be able to look at any date range. Having an interface simlar to the Adwords system would be nice so it is familiar to navigate. Also would like to see a graph of various things. Use of the google api is preferred if you are familiar with that instead of the csv. I have attached samples of the csv's that would be used. The samples only have a few lines where real ones may have 5,000 to 50,000 lines or more. I can provide more details once you express your interest. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP compatible.
