App to Restrict Applications (or Application Metering)

Need the ability to add program executables to a list of approved or restricted applications. We need 3 buttons. **Unrestricted** ??" Neither list of applications apply to the computer. **Apply Approved**??" Only the applications listed in the “Approved Applications?? window will be allowed. All other applications are restricted. Applications in the “Restricted Applications?? window do not apply. **Apply Restricted**??" All applications are allowed except the ones listed in the “Restricted Applications?? window. Applications in the “Approved Applications?? window do not apply. These settings must take effect immediately without a reboot. We would like the ability to export current settings of both windows to a file. Also, the ability to load settings from a previously saved export. This should be written in C# and easily updated using Visual Studio 2003. We will be integrating this functionality into our existing network/computer management application. We would be interested in any additional features that you can provide. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
