DotNetNuke Portal Skin and HTML Coding

Due to an extremely tight deadline, we require a general-purpose HTML/Graphics person who has experience in developing DotNetNuke portal skins. We are planning that this project should take approximately 20 hours of your time, and are setting the price at $100 USD for the work. The price is fixed. I will be selecting the coder based on the QUALITY of the response to this request. To bid on this project, you must meet the following requirements: 1. EXPERIENCED DotNetNuke PORTAL SKINNERS PREFERRED! We will accept bids from non-experienced people but will ONLY accept such a bid if nobody with experience applies. 2. Full-time Internet Connection! Need not be high-speed. 3. Communicate through eMail and at least daily on MSN Messenger during normal USA business hours. 4. You will be required to provide a URL where we can see your work. 5. You will also need to provide a .zip file containing one skin YOU have developed. (We will NOT be using your sample skin.) If you provide a sample that's not yours -- we'll catch you fast and report you to RAC. In addition to the portal skin itself, you will be required to develop some DotNetNuke HTML pages (tabs), as per the designs attached, and for other pages to follow. You will NOT be required to develop any DotNetNuke Modules. (We have another developer doing that.) You will NOT be required to do any ASP or .NET coding -- we have another developer doing that also. Please view the attachments to get an idea of the look/feel desired. We have a graphics artist who will be providing you with the graphics, and working with you on the look and feel. We understand that there are some limitations because of the way the DotNetNuke portal works -- however, the skin should be made as much as possible to look like the samples provided. Graphics will be sent to you in Adobe Photoshop .psd format ONLY. You will be required to optimize them for the web. The deadline for bidding is short. Bidder is expected to start work immediately, and put in the 20 hours of work in as short a time as possible. If you work well on this project, we have ongoing work of different types. I can ALWAYS use excellent Graphics, HTML, JavaScript and ESPECIALLY .NET developers! (See the buyer's rating.) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional DotNetNuke portal skin, as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, and installed on the live server before payment will be made. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) You will be required to submit a timesheet by email, at the end of each day, listing the number of hours spent at each major task. IMPORTANT: You will be required to communicate directly with the end-client on this project. For such communications you shall NOT at any time mention ANY details of this contract. ## Platform 1.
