Firefox Plugin and Internet explorer BHO (no toolbars)

I am looking for two plugins, one for firefox and one for internet explorer (BHO). They should both be coded in C++ and be compatible with Windows Vista and Windows XP. The plugins should be able to: Monitor the url-bar for specific strings like for example “[login to view URL]? Download information from multiple web-resources like [[login to view URL]][1], [[login to view URL]][2]The datafiles contain the an IP-address for “[login to view URL]" The now immediately redirects the browser to the ip specified in the downloaded files above. i.e. redirects "[login to view URL]" to [[login to view URL]][3]
