How to display

I want a code that can use a datepicker to choose the date every end of the month and display in a multiple rows and columns ex; employees name on the rows and employees individual total amount of salary, they get payed every week in column1 let say there are 100 employees and column2 total amount of taxes the pay every end of the month .In Delphi 6 Please help me.
