Logo/Single Page Design

We are looking for a logo and single page site design for a new website called www.fuckedgoverment.com. Looking for a legal/bureaucratic feel thats clean, uncluttered and simple. The design should contain the following resizeable elements CSS Style Single Page Layer based Layout (must not be restricted to any specific resolution available to a desktop pc) Clean Functional Logo As usual it's hard to know beforehand exactly what we want so we are asking for sample logos, draft quality. You should enter a bid that will includes drafts of the various logo's you propose and submit a bid of no more than $400 USD for one chosen logo and the associated page layout. So this bid does not break the "work in advance rule" You must submit very low resolution and watermarked images for the bidding process to ensure we have no working deliverables before you are chosen in the bidding process. If you use stock artwork (including watermarked stock artwork) you must provide the location source and cost of such stock artwork. Do not under any circumstances submit artwork including elements of: Pornography, Violence, Religion, Any Countries Legal Logos, Symbols, Crests, Sheilds, Standards or any other images representing any specific goverment, goverment body or legal entity. Site layout must be platform neutral. e.g. not contain any client specific elements or code. Must not contain any kind of server code or server generated elements or server generated html. We will accept or reject bids on the samples alone. You may submit low resolution/watermarked images for the bidding process. If you use stock artwork (including watermarked stock artwork) you must provide the location source and cost of such stock artwork and you must NOT include the price of such artwork in your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-agreed logo and single page site layout. 3) Sample artwork may be supplied in any format. 2) Final Artwork must be supplied in: Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator or Corel PaintShop Pro, All image elements must be layered and not flattened. 3) Artwork must be supplied in a zip or rar file via email (where the artwork is < 10mb) or via ftp (no anonymous access) or via secured (username/password) webpage. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must contain no platform specific features, must be compatible with IE6 (7 where possible), Firefox (all versions).
