A4 single fold flyer design

I need a flyer designed that will be printed onto A4 size paper with a single fold to A5 size (297mm x 210mm) so its folded into 4 pages. Artwork needs to be CMYK, 300dpi, have a 3mm bleed all the way around and supplied in one of the following formats: * Corel Draw 11 or earlier * EPS File * Photoshop CS or earlier (Mac or PC - please "Flatten Image") * Freehand 10 or earlier (Mac or PC) * Adobe Illustrator CS or earlier (Mac or PC) * QuarkXpress 6 or earlier (Mac or PC) * PageMaker 6.5 or earlier (PC) * Microsoft Word (PC - all versions) * Microsoft Publisher 2003 or earlier (PC) * Serif Page Plus 9 or earlier (PC) * Serif Draw Plus 7 or earlier (PC) * Adobe Acrobat PDF (Mac or PC) I will require PDF examples prior to approval and then will need the final format as above. The flyer is for a new media company and it's to advertise 2 new products as well as other services (web related) so needs to be very fresh and very "cool". There should be no white space whatsoever and do not forget the 3mm bleed all round. It needs to be eye catching and colourful and the features need to stand out excellently. Please provide examples of previous flyer/design work within your bid (web links or within a zip file). All logos/images and other information will be provided upon bid acceptance. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform See description.
