Create Wordpress Home Page (PSD Design, Slicing, Functional WP Home Page)

We need a new home page and footer created for our Wordpress website. Specifically, it shall include the following: -Must be consistent with our existing branding. -Must be W3C compliant and fast loading. -Must load in all major browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera) -4 slides built using the layer slider plugin (we will buy and provide the license - [login to view URL]?WT.ac=search_item&WT.seg_1=search_item&WT.z_author=kreatura) -Search box and social media icons. -Menu (with sub-menus), editable from with the Wordpress Menus Editor and with readable text. -5 graphics below the slicer consistent with company branding. -Opt-In Box Design -Video Box Design (will use a Vimeo video) -"Body" area editable from the page editor in Wordpress. -Sidebar editable from the Widgets editor in Wordpress -All text elements must be readable by the search engines (ie: no graphics may contain text, it just be implemented with HTML / CSS) All images used in the website must be custom graphics or legally acquired stock photos or stock graphics. Freelancer must provide documentation of the purchase or proof that they are custom made. This project will require a very creative firm (or individual) who can think outside the box with design. You must also have marketing knowledge so that you can make sure everything is consistent with the image of the brand. Phase 1 (deliverable within 2-3 days) -Home Page PSD File -Footer PSD File -4 Slider PSD Files Phase 2 (deliverable within 5-7 days) -Slice Home Page to HTML / CSS -Slice Footer to HTML / CSS -Slice Sliders to individual PNG layers and HTML elements Phase 3 (deliverable within 3-5 days) -Integrate Home Page to Staging Wordpress Site -Integrate Footer, Globally, To Staging Wordpress Site -Integrate Sliders Into Wordpress Phase 4 (deliverable within 7 days) -Testing, Debugging, Quality Assurance Final payment will not be given until: -We verify that all graphics were legally attained -We verify that the website is compliant and works on all browsers -We receive all PSD files and artwork Please see attached mockups, message for a link to our website and provide 2 examples of your custom design.
