Fixing Email commenters custom plugin

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.5.1 In the past a freelancer customized the Email commenters plugin to my needs [login to view URL] Attached is the customized plugin. The plugin works very well. It has one issue I need solved. The plugin creates in the dashboard a setting where I can customize the text of the email to the commenters. There is a WYSIWYG editor similar to the one in the "new post". I need to send emails that are RTL. I align the text to the right, I see that the HTML editor added the necessary code and save. It does not help. The code to make the text aligned right is not saved. I need this issue fixed. Freelancer should send me an amended plugin to test. Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid.
