My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.3.2, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers.
The site uses the plugin Gravity Forms 1.6.2 to allow for posts to be submitted by visitors. This was process was made to fit my needs by a programmer.
Currently, visitor fills out a form for the post at
[login to view URL]
After the form is filled, visitor clicks preview at the bottom
[login to view URL]
On the next page visitor can choose to publish or to go back to edit.
See:
Every time a visitor clicks on the preview, a draft post is created and I get an email notification.
The problem is I do not know if the visitor continues editing the post, and there will be another version coming soon, or even if the visitor decided not to publish the post after seeing the preview.
What I need - I need one of 2 solutions:
1. A different email notification when a visitor clicks in "publish" in the preview page
2. Another signal that the visitor chose to publish.
I need to differentiate between the by post draft versions created by the preview, and the final version of the post approved by the visitor.
The project should be completed within 48 hours of being awarded the project.
Prior experience with gravity forms is an advantage.
The work will be done on a test site, and when successful done on a live site.
Programmer should allow 72 hours to test before getting paid.
