Planning to migrate [login to view URL] CMS to Wordpress from the proprietary .NET framework it's on. I plan to lead the project, but I'll definitely need a good Wordpress theme developer I can go to for the heavy lifting.
Also, at this point we're not really looking to do any design changes, so this is really about the CMS and back end.
