Minor Wordpress design facelift and login bar installation

Task description: Our existing homepage is: [login to view URL] 1. Split the one-line services section into a three-line section, seperating conservative, moderate and agressive arranged below each other. Put a darker and an even darker background behind the moderate and the agressive sections. The attached visual plan is just a sketch, the layout on it is not exact, and please try to design the category lines (conservative, moderate, agressive) thinner, so that this section does not take that much space vertically on the page. The names and the links of the services does not matter, as we can rewrite them later on. 2. Install a login bar ( [login to view URL] ), and change its layout and colors according to the visual plan also attached. 3. Registration should work by giving the opportunity to the user to specify his/her own password. The system should not generate password for the user. This registration should withstand the hordes of spam registers, bots, brute force hackers, etc. Lost password function should also work of course. Please keep "Smart Maintanence Mode" plugin turned on while you are working after giving in your IP to it, so that "Under maintanence" appear to other visitiors (plugin is installed and works properly).
