Hi, I make custom fields/post types for wordpress all the time, as well as options pages for them in the bashboard and representations of them in the frontend, however, please contact me regarding a. how you want them displayed in the frontend (as this could take major work) and b. what plugin you are already using for custom fields - as needing to integrate with a plugin again may blow the budget - doing the fields manually by myself will be faster. I speak perfect English, and fast and reliable.
