Template/css cleanup and page load time optimization

Dear Freelancer, we are looking for a developer to implement Wordpress templates for several websites (game and news) published by our company. We will provide all artwork and template layouts (as AI or simular) and we are open for recommendations to change the layout for better usability and/or page load times. We can provide testing servers and/or a copy to the existing site. We are located in Cambodia GMT +7 and for easier cooperation we will formost consider bids from developers that are reachable during our office hours. We are looking to implement 2 separate designs, one for the homepage and one for article pages. The websites are in Khmer and require experience with UTF8 fonts especially for article lists, menues and sidebars. The current design does not feature animations and does not need to use java scripts, except for tracking and adserver integration and social media. We are using FB for our comment system and we would like to expand integration. In the new designes we are planing to implement animations for the frontpage in HTML5 or flash and we are looking for options to highlight/animate player ranking and top selling items on the front page.
