Basic Email Sign Up

Basic Weekly Email Signup written in PHP Three pages Page 1, should read cookie and detect whether or not user has previously registered for weekly email. Page 1 has a link which redirects to page 2 if the user is registered. If the user is not registered they are redirected to page 3 where they can register their Name, Surname & Email address.
