Car Dealership Quote Form PHP Email results in XML/ADF 1.0

I have several forms on car dealerhship website and I need the results of those forms to be emailed in XML /ADF format. ADF (Auto Dealer Format) is a version of XML that is specific to the car industry. The complete ADF manual can be found here: [login to view URL] Ideally the form would be email to email text/html as well as XML/ADF which is the industry standard for car dealerhsip CRM's. We are using Apache servers and the websites are written in PHP/Joomla. We are ideally looking for a PHP script that will process the forms and email the data in this XML/ADF format when completed. contact me for any further info you need and thank you in advance.
