Expert PHP Install on Windows Server 2008 R2 - Permission Issue

Hello I have a VPS Windows Server 2008 and I have IIS 7.5 installed, and I have PHP installed I am having issues getting PHP working right, I believe it to be a Permission issue on the server directly, or a bad setting in the [login to view URL] [login to view URL] as you can see based on this, PHP does have function But when I check a URL like this (which does exist) 100% confrimed [login to view URL] I also have coldfusion pages running 100% working so far: [login to view URL] So its a functioning web server - Coldfusion is working perfect, but just the damn PHP stuff that I need up and going Looking for someone who can teamviewer in right away to help me fix the issues
