251383 Five Minute Minisite(s)

I would like for someone to create for me a ready made mini site program for example take a lQQK at www.5minuteminisites.com. I would like 30 - 50 apage ready made minisite templates and I would like to be able to choose on my own how many pages or category i want myh site to be meaning if I want a 5 page minisite then I can create a 5 page minisite as well as some sort of editor where I wouldn't need to know any html and I would be able to easily create my own design templates in a couple of minutes without any html or computer knowledge. I will also need you teach me how to upload the site to a hosting account. I am thinking of using [login to view URL] for my hosting. I would also like a program such as [login to view URL] so i can in the meantime park my domains and earn 100% revenue instead of splitting with parking companies. It is faster to park domain names then it is creating minisites so i need in the meantime a way to earn quick revenue. I don't mind if you want to make for someone else a similar program but please have like 20- 40 minisite templates specially designed just for me. I also would like to have the authority to be able to sell my domain names along with the minisite should someone want to buy my domain name along with the template. I hope I explained myself well and if I didn't then feel free to ask me as many questions as you need to ask me. :-) I am lQQking for someone that can quote me a reasonable price. If this works out between you and me I have many more projects that will probably keep you busy for a lifetime but let's first see how this works out between you and I. :-) Again lQQking for someone that will charge me with a reasonable price.
