Full Time PHP/SQL Programmer

We have a need for a PHP / SQL programmer. We operate numerous website that post leads to our DB, in turn these leads need to be sent to our cliens in real time via HTTP or XML post. We have an "in-house" application that monitors incoming and outgoing leads, daily sales reports, registered clients and login scripts, in general a customizable lead generation system. I have several projects for which I need an expert in PHP. I am looking for constant communication via im and email during jobs. I have no patience for any lack of communication from my team, if you disappear for a day or two during a job, you will be fired immediately. You will be paid for work upon completion. I need someone who can handle a wide variety of php tasks. I am in the US, Arizona, so if you are not available for several hours of the day (my time) then don't bother. The jobs are not too complicated but need to be worked on immediately not at your leisure. You MUST include an hourly rate, this will help me to determine who to select. Looking for a long term relationship, work M-F 8-5PM .Also include any other fields which you can comfortably work in.
