Microsite Design

Hi and thanks for looking at our bid request We require a modern and clean design for a small hotel directory for our region. This site should feature as a directory listing page (with things like hotel name, address, information, location) and should be created with approximately 10 hotels per page. We would require pagination for the page also - ie << 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 >>. I think a simple header with the sites name would be useful also. We can give examples of the type of site we're looking for, but at this stage we're looking for someone who can demonstrate good, clean and modern design and who is happy to work with us long-term. This would be design through to XHTML/CSS design. A knowledge of Ajax would be useful, though not necessary What we would like from you now: 1. Approximate costs for creating 1-5 pages all with similar design as above. Indeed, probably only need 1-2 pages, but give us a cost for the above. 2. Example designs you've already done. Either as a file of JPEGs or links through to a portfolio or sites you've done As a note, the way we normally like to work is as follows: - several initial and rough designs are created for us to look at - we choose one or ask for more refinement or for others to be created - we refine one design to the final one - this design is then cut up into XHTML/CSS. pages must be W3C compliant Feel free to ask any questions. I look forward to working with you NOTE: Please do not bid unless you send any design examples or links to examples. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All browsers must work with current Internet Explorer and Firefox on Mac and Windows
