new template design for uxcs(repost)

This is the website [login to view URL] You can see the template of the website its very old and doesnt fit or load correctly in all browsers so i need new template(new theme) for the website. I need complete new template with nicely colors used for tables and it must load correctly in all browsers example internet explorer and firefox...etc I dont want you to desing logos just the template and i will use my graphics but i want new template which is not copy of any template or website. I need professional template for the script. All sections of the script (links must be changed) to fit with the template. Template must be based on 800*600 resolution and auto stretch in all resolutions. I need template design something in this format [login to view URL] which has good background or you can suggest me one. Screenshot or mockup will be considered as bid acceptance and whole website needs to be redesigned.
