Ongoing web site development

I want three web sites developed each week until I say stop. The web sites are aimed at google adsence revenue and banner advertisement. I want someone to go out and get ideas for web sites and create them end implement them totally, with little hand holding from me. The sites must be relatively self maintaining, with little or no ongoing maintenance. The best way to do this is to have a photo gallery for the members and a forum that just required monitoring. If a good template was created at the start, then much of the same code could be used for each of the sites created, with just graphic, and color changes, reducing the work needed to be done by the coder and designers. The sites need to be proffessional in appearance.
