203422 Redesign existing website

I had this website designed from a programmer on scriptlance,and well it leaves alot to be desired.I dont want a radical change,but some nice buttons would be nice for main links.I need someone who can take the website and improve it for more professional appearance. Most imporatntly I need someone who will show me how to edit the content,add things [login to view URL] basic edits mostly,like pictures,text etc.I have an admin panel but my webdesigner did not show me how to use [login to view URL] site uses php,mysql database,and i think its scripted partly in xml,but I dont know that for [login to view URL] need someone to add a link to my [login to view URL] can see the site here [login to view URL] Seo skills would be a plus but not required
