So we want same, thats why we looking for a script that change voices (no exe) because we must can implemetate it in our code (and with exe that is not possible) we need only that script rest in video we make it our self

I can do it. I guess you mean only voice quality (or color). I think the time length (or speed) is also important property of voice. I can change both properties (color and speed) of voice at the same time. I will try to write simple code with calculating cost as lower as possible, for your next implementation.
