We need a theme for a travel portal. The theme must have a clean interface. Clean means the following: no big header, no graphical menus, no "full graphics", NO FLASH! The theme must and respects the following rules: 1. The header will have ~ 80 pix. size and must contain the following: - a nice site logo in the left - an optional space for a banner ad 2. The "content" will have 3 columns; 3. Each column will have several content blocks (for the left column the menu and few optional blocks, for center column few blocks with large content and for the right column few blocks); 4. The menu must have the following items with small icons: - destinations - transportation (must be avialable also icons for flight, car, bus, cruise, train, metro) - hotels - vacantion packages - corporate travel - weather - search; 5. The HTML code must be clean, separated by comments like ("begin block", "end block" etc.); 6. Use of separated CSS from the content; 7. The theme must be cross browser Shortly, you will have to create just a page, an icon set and a nice logo(the logo must be delivered also in vectorial format). I don't need an original work, but I want to be something nice with relaxing interface. Also, do not use images under copyright!! Please give me some samples of your previous work when you bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Web, Internet Explorer, Mozilla, etc.
