Ongoing PHP work (Zend Framework, Active Records, jQuery)

I have 3 massive ongoing projects. I need ongoing help. For the right hire, I can give you as much work as you can handle and this could basically be a full time job. From my perspective, I need someone who has a firm understanding of MVC. Knowledge of the Zend Framework is a bonus but any framework is fine (Cake, Symphony, whatever). jQuery is a must. If you've used Active Records, that's a huge, huge bonus. We use SVN. We also use Basecamp to track all of our bugs and code request changes. We're a team of 4 from all over the world (Canada, Portugal, USA, Pakistan) and it's a pretty laid back environment but obviously we are focused on the quality of code that we deliver. Even though our team is virtual, we're looking for people who want to be part of our family. If you treat us like family, we'll treat you like family too!
