Outlook 2010 Add-on & integration with Exo Platform

Goals: Following functionality is expected from an Add-on in Outlook: • Auto authenticate to EXO when launching outlook, need for UI to enter login details and remember those • Right-click an email attachment to produce a "save as"-type of user interface that allows to save the file in an exo space, in a selectable folder, and allow the user to enter meta-tag info See at 3:16 in [login to view URL] (from competitor) • Drag-drop a file from EXO to an outlook "new email" window, in effect creating the email attachment • Button in Outlook to convert an email into a new wiki page, forum entry, or new post See at 2:35 in [login to view URL] (from competitor) • Search box in Outlook not only searches in the email content & attachments, but also in Exo. The search results clearly show what info is stored in Outlook and what is stored in Exo. Opening an Exo search result, launches Exo in the default browser, auto logs in, and opens the content. • Search box in outlook: offer user buttons to filter content to show all results, or Outlook content, or all EXO content, or EXO wiki content, or EXO forum content, or EXO files, ... See at 1:43 in [login to view URL] (from competitor) Following functionality is expected from EXO: • Drag-drop email attachments to the EXO file repository • Single-click operation to send a piece of EXO content as an email attachment. Example: right-click a file in EXO produces a contextual menu, user selects "send by email", a new email window (outlook) is created and the EXO file is added as an attachment.
