Add Socks 5 Proxy and rotating browser agents support to a automated script coded in PHP

We have a simple automated script that is coded in PHP that is used to perform some automated task on a remote web server. We need an experienced PHP programmer to add Socks 5 proxy support and also allow the bot to use rotating browser user agents with periodic and random pausing. We already have about 100 socks 5 proxy servers in a list in the format IP:Port and we would like the bot to be able to use this socks 5 proxy list in this format in a text file. The script should be able to use also a list of browser user agents and rotate among them.
