Build a mortgage calculation model using VBA

This is a VBA project that helps users to find the best loan packets offered by different banks according to users' needs like loan amount, period, salary, etc. Here I provide you some ideas and models I hope you to use. First, creating a user interface. User interface is used to collect user's basic info including: loan amount, monthly salary, monthly repay, loan period, 1st or 2nd house, housing area etc; Second, according to the info users typed in and different loan packages offered by different banks, using solver model to optimize, find out the best packet with lowest amount and interest rate, also provide the recommendation for users. For example, I need to borrow 5 million from bank, and I hope to repay it within 10 years. I provide my ideal monthly payment and the solver could help me to find out the best loan packet for me choosing from hundreds of packets offered by different banks. (I will provide you the bank loan database so no worry) Third, calculate the loan, which I already have it in hand and I will provide you, maybe small changes will be needed. After showing the recommendation, we want to connect google map API to show the nearest banks once users type in their address.
