Hi. I have read your attached document and I have seen the sales pages design. In my opinion we should not use woocommerce for such customization because we will have to do a lot custom work with woocommerce so its better to develop the site from scratch directly to get the smooth flow according to requirements. In regards to products upload I suggest ot have a CSV upload option to upload products timely. It can save your time and efforts on long run other wise you will have to add all products manually one by one. As far as design is concerned we can use solid background as per your requirement but I would suggest that we should design all pages as PSD files first instead of using any template. This is how we can achieve the desired feel and flow of overall website.
