Building WordPress website, need help perfecting the journey

Our sports business went through a huge facelift. New and improved logo, high-quality elevated photos, videos, social presence, and engagement. The website will be the central point of it all. We have a new MINDBODY booking system, a growing team of coaches, and business development support. Behind the scenes, I've got the brand this far, but my high-level expectations are easy to an experienced website wizard who lives and breathes WordPress and knows how to take a website from good to great. My previous developer supported in the nitty-gritty of code - then I found myself fixing numerous design details and mistakes. I can't afford to continue to pay for half-finished work which won't reflect all the time this project has taken me to complete. My blood, sweat, and tears WILL be worth it. This keeps me up at night and as simple as this is - I have worked with two people who have left it unfinished and me picking up the pieces. Deliverables First and foremost - if you don't understand the customer journey, experience, and flow this project is not for you. Developing and fixing a site is one thing, you must possess knowledge of the actual website aesthetic so all the hard-work makes sense. Correct all CTA buttons (links attached to them & appearance) Maximize all custom theme design and utilization out of each page - keep the website lean and with as few clicks as possible - if this is not understood then this is not for you. Been there and done that - I can't handhold every single detail. Even if you don't know sports, it's important to understand this. Correct any page on the website that does not replicate the original theme. I've been completing tweaks and edits myself all week, only to uncover the issues made by the previous 2 who worked on this in a very lazy way. I want our website exactly like the theme - animations, forms, view, etc. I've mentioned this to other developers but still, this has not happened?!?!? Very frustrating. make the site more engaging and interactive. Words / pictures that will respond upon hover AND link to another page. Add pages for each sport (half-way complete and not happy with the current page format/theme). These should extend off of a link that takes users to the page & sections they can read about each sport & also a link to the booking & profile page. Another way we could create "pages" for each sport is to have an accordion or pop-up that provides more info about our sports. I really want to keep the site as lean as possible, OUR Sports Strength and Conditioning [ the core of our business ] - this page should also link to trigger-point therapy. (own page) Basketball Football Tennis ZUMBA DanceFIT Yoga Women's Programme (comprises of a few fitness activities) Strength and Conditioning (S & C) Pilates Yoga and (pre & post-natal yoga) Netball Women's soccer Create an EVENTS page (we operate in two communities and have photos/testimonials/videos) I have created a MEDIA page so this could be created on this page. One page - DAMAC Hills One page - AKOYA CORRECTIONS 11. Correct contact us page - widget from MINDBODY [prospects] - looks absolutely awful. I would like the theme contact us page - in MB you can customize CSS for each widget - this was not completed properly. 12. Correct WIDGETS on the website - the previous developer did not install the correct widgets. 13. Correct Menu screen 14. Correct .mp4 video header on bookings page - not showing - cannot figure out how to embed, I don't want a Youtube video that you have to click in order to view. Should play automatic on load. 15. Final site review to identify and issues or problems.
