create a magento module

I am an aspiring Magento Developer. I want to learn more about creating modules (Magento 2 ), so I am wanting to create one that notifies customers who have completed orders to return to the site and review the product after 10 days. And each 10 days after for either 4 times or until they have reviewed the product. I don't want you to do this without me, or at least without explaining every move so I can recreate the same module. I think this is sufficient enough to master the module creation. I have done a hello world extension already but. pfff.
