Digital Check In Map Software

We are looking to develop software that will be displayed at an attraction. It will run on a large touch screen panel that visitors will interact with when they check in to the attraction. Here is what we need it to do: 1) The main screen will show a world map with pinpoints from all previous visitors. You can zoom in and click on individual pins to view who left the pin. 2) On this main screen will be a button that says "Add my Pin" 3) When clicked, a large simple form pops up and walks through these screens: a) enter your zip code or city b) the pinpoint drops to the city/zip code and asks if this is correct. c) enter the name you would like to show publicly on the map. d) would you like to enter a personal message? If so, it allows them to enter a short message (the length of a Twitter message) e) would you like for them to be able to add photos to their post. So, they would need to upload them from their phone. I am not certain how this would work and would like suggestions. f) shows everything it will post, requires them to check "agree to terms and conditions" g) adds post to "pending status", admin then logs in to approve or reject the post. if approved it adds to the map pinpoints. h) admin can export all data to an excel sheet or csv. Would also like for this to be able to be used on a Wordpress website if possible so visitors to the website can view the posts.
