Fix PHP Error - 03312008

I have a lyrics script which one is giving me some errors when adding lyrics. The title of the lyrics are displayed, but when clicked, it will redirect to a different non existent page. It's type of 404 Error. With this script, lyrics and video links can be added, I installed the script and I do not know if I installed it wrong or there's any missing file.
