FreePBX Asterisk PHP CURL CRM Call Data to HTTP Endpoint POST

We have an Asterisk 12 based FreePBX phone system running on a VPS in the cloud. Its a vanilla install and fully working with extensions and single trunk. We would like to modify our [login to view URL] file to provide call information sent to our CRM package using HTTP POST method or CURL function built into Asterisk. We already have a working example in the attached file and it works perfect for outgoing calls, we are able to capture unanswered calls and completed call, passing the SOURCE CID and DESTINATION CID and DURATION inside the [macro-dialout-trunk-predial-hook] Now we want to capture the INCOMING call data and push the data to the same HTTP destination we know that this needs to be a part of the [from-internal-custom] method and would like someone to complete the few lines required. The HTTP endpoint is fairly simple and does not require any specific routines as per the working example. We have a demo server setup to test the solution.
