It looks like an interesting project. 1) Do you need users to be registered for free or you have any membership? 2) you have said that only authorized users are able to submit ideas. So admin will authorize them? 3) I think we should have tags/categories management in admin so that we can create these categories in future. 4) Who will assign tag to the idea? Admin ? 5) I think the admin should be able to assign a tag to the idea and also approve it as well before it comes on the front end. 6) How will you measure the popularity of an idea? I understand views, comments etc. But do you have an exact formula for this? I can do this in php/mysql or asp.net/sql server. Lets discuss. Tx
