We need a bulk email server which can send 300000 emails per day. The freelancer will be required to maintain the server for 2 months and handle the blacklisting/blocking of ips/domain etc. His job is to install Power MTA or equivalent script for sending emails and then maintain the server for 2 months. Final milestone will be released only after successful completion of the project after 2 months. The freelancer has to assure maximum inbox delivery.
