Integrate SOAP XML offers from providers on travel agency php laravel theme + functionality -- 4

Hello, We're looking for someone who can: 1. integrate 6 soap xml offers and images and 2 iframe search engines and booking sistems from 6 different providers in a PHP Laravel theme for a travel agency. Our existing website, created with a laravel theme, should take informations and photos from soap xmls provided by 4 vendors, and integrate and show them in pages so users can search, book and pay directly on our website for 6 services: plane tickets, hotels, city tours, vacantions, insurance and car rentals. For two vendors we only need to integrate as iframes search engines and booking sistems. When a user performs a search, the script needs to check each time on the vendor server to confirm the availability. It is very important to have accurate information, so that clients do not book something that is not available. (We have xml documentation and credentials from vendors). As the site is multilingual, all of these implemented options must be shown in english and romanian, accordingly, when the language switcher is changed. 2. integrate payment api of a specific provider (documentation provided by us) 3. Show in admin side order reports, customer data and email templates. Users must also have a panel, when they log in, with previous bookings informations and payments. 4.
