Key Features ● Task Creation: Admin can create tickets to report issues, request assistance, or assign tasks. These tickets serve as a structured form of communication between the requester and the agents responsible for addressing the task. ● Task Assignment: assigned to specific agents as preferred by admin. ● Status Updates: Agents can update the status of [login to view URL] status updates include "in progress," "pending," "resolved,". ● Task Monitoring : Once a task status is updated by the agent as resolved, admin can verify that and updates as closed. ● Task & Task type creation : Admin can create various tasks and types. While creating a type, the admin can also confirm if it's a one time task or recurring task. If it's a recurring task, recurring frequency can also be updated on it. Recurring tasks will be auto assigned unlike the one time task. ● User Management:Admin can create various users and assign the credentials. ● Scheduling: enabling agents to plan their workflow effectively. This feature helps prioritize tasks based on urgency and ensures that critical issues are addressed promptly. ● Communication and Collaboration: enable agents to discuss, share information, and collaborate on resolving tasks. Agent can mark any comments on the ticket, which will be notified to the admin and further comments can be added by the admin ● Tracking and Monitoring: Admin can monitor the status and progress of tasks through reporting and tracking features. ● Ticket Priorisation : Tickets can be categorized based on the priorities cold, warm and hot This system will have 4 levels of users with roles assigned based on the hierarchies. ● Super admin : Total system controller with all the privileges. ● Admin : Admin will be a user that manages the system of any particular company who controls and manages their system. ● Managers : Managers will be the one who monitor the tasks and update the final status. ● Users : End users who update the status of each task assigned .
