Migrate the SAFCEC website from the current URL ([login to view URL] ) to the staging environment at [login to view URL] . Ensure that all website files, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and media assets, are copied accurately. Migrate All User Data: • Transfer all user data from the existing SAFCEC website to the new staging environment. • Handle the migration of user accounts, including their profiles, preferences, and any associated data. • Pay attention to the presence of corporate memberships, which involve a parent(Main account) member and a child(sub-account) member, and ensure that this relationship is preserved during the migration. Build Input Forms and Registration Process: • Develop user-friendly input forms for registration and other relevant processes according to SAFCEC requirements. • Implement a seamless registration flow to allow new users to sign up easily. • Build a comprehensive member management system to efficiently handle member data, including profiles, preferences, and permissions. Scrape All SAFCEC Tenders: • Utilize web scraping techniques to extract all SAFCEC tenders from the source website. • Gather tender information such as titles, descriptions, deadlines, and any other relevant details needed for the new SAFCEC website. Build Relevant Advanced Custom Fields (ACF): • Set up appropriate ACF fields to accommodate the imported SAFCEC tenders on the new website. • Create custom fields to effectively import and display tender information. • Ensure seamless integration between the ACF fields and the tender import process. Migrate All Relevant Pages: • Transfer all relevant pages, including both dynamic and non-dynamic ones, from the existing SAFCEC website to the new staging environment. • Ensure that all page content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, is migrated accurately. • Verify that internal and external links on the pages function correctly and direct to the intended destinations. Migrate Image Galleries: • Migrate image galleries from the existing SAFCEC website to the new staging environment. • Ensure that all images and associated metadata are transferred accurately. • Preserve the organization and structure of the image galleries on the new website. Migrate News and Blogs: • Transfer all news articles and blog posts from the existing SAFCEC website to the new staging environment. • Ensure that all content, including text, images, and embedded media, is migrated accurately. • Preserve the categorization, tags, and any other relevant metadata associated with the news and blog content.
